We made our mark building custom homes in the Southern New Jersey market spanning from the Delaware Bay to the East Coast’s most popular shore towns.

Our Vice President, Chris Conti oversees the Residential Division encompassing Custom Home Building and Major Renovations.

The division includes Business Developers, Estimators, Designers, Project Managers, Superintendents, Carpenters, General Laborers, Administrative Staff and Subcontractors from all trades necessary for construction.

Chris and his team are involved throughout the entire process from concept to completion, consulting often with Architects and Engineers to ensure the most cohesive approach is taken every step of the way. Our in-house Interior Designer provides a best-in class selection experience for our clients as they journey through the most inspiring process of their lifetime.

Chris Conti began working as a Carpenter for Gardner, Inc. in 1996 and over the last 3 decades helped grow the business alongside our Founder, Gary F. Gardner, becoming one his most trusted advisors.

For your first appointment you will meet directly with our Vice President and Sr. Interior Designer who will personally manage your project from beginning to end. During this time you will get the opportunity to express your overall vision and gain insight from our experts as to the scope of work entailed, budget expectations and understand what to expect moving forward in the process.

Plan & Design Review

The next step of the process is to review the plans and specifications in detail to plan a cohesive execution among the team. We make sure that your intentions conveyed to us thus far are properly documented in the plans and specifications.

Once we compile the project costs, we will formally review the proposal in it’s entirety to make sure the agreement is acceptable to all parties. Here we can make any necessary clarifications to the contract and identify any opportunities for value engineering or financing strategies to potentially reduce the cost, if needed.

After contract execution, Our Sr. Interior Designer will meet with you to provide inspiration as you navigate through the exciting selection process while building your dream home.
