I want to thank you for the superb job that your company performed in rebuilding our bay front house ni Brigantine. As you know, water damage completely destroyed two entire floors of our summer home. Everything was totally ruined: – all the appliances, all the cabinets, all the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, and every floor, ceiling, and wal. Everything had to be ripped out, down to the studs, and down to the dirt under the house.

Honestly, we never thought that our formerly beautiful summer home on the bay would ever be the same again. Well, we were so lucky that our insurance company, Chubb, recommended that we consider your company to do the renovation work. Your task was to restore the house to what it had been, before the disaster. I am so happy to say that not only is our house as good as new, with the high quality of your work (together with a few selective upgrades), our house is actually much better than new.

In addition, the whole process was as painless as it could possibly be. When I compare my experience with your company to the several other residential and commercial construction experiences that I have had in the past, this one was by far the least stressful and the most satisfying.
From the very beginning, your company acted in a most professional way.

The contract was simple, straight forward, and complete. Your employees were at al times professional, considerate, and knowledgeable. And here I have to point out the excellent way that both Alex Medvesky and Chris Conti conducted themselves. These two men did your company proud. Every promise they made was kept, and was also delivered “on time”

Alex and Chris also guided me through all the selections that had to be made, but most importantly alerted me to the potential benefits from a few key upgrades, most notably the ‘floor to ceiling 16 ft wide sliding glass windows/doors’, installed on all three floors, which transformed the views of the bay from very nice to absolutely fantastic!!

When the work was completed, your crews removed all of the construction debris and the house was spotlessly clean. When my family walked in, the house was ready to go. It was a seamless and flawless job well done.

It is several months later now, and we have finished all the furnishings. We are now enjoying a wonderful summer and your company made it possible.
